   Technician [ Matthew] is very professional . Office in ATHENS had Matt out to our home the next morning at 8am after I called at 3pm the day before. Couldn't be happier for that! Problem was accessed and had a new  water heater by lunch . Also tech made a few other repairs. Everything done by 1PM.    James was amazing, he came out when we was in need on a Saturday, and helped us out. We had used Plumber Pro 3 other times and I was very weary on using them again because they were unable to figure out we had a septic tank when we were having issues, but James made up for all of the other mistakes of the past and we will use them again.    We accidentally punctured a water pipe and needed a plumber on a Saturday. My regular plumber was unavailable. When I called Plumber Pro, a person answered the phone and gave me an appointment time that day. The plumber, Bruce Wainwright, let me know when he was on his way and fixed our problem in a timely, efficient and professional way. I also got a 1st time customer discount.    I recommend letting Russell Miller give you a complete plumbing inspection before buying a new home he's very thorough and detailed with him doing inspection on my new home we would have never known that we had a water main blockage.
